Booked double room, that included a safe box, a mini bar, and a sofa bed. The bed was comfy & the bathroom was very new. Location: the hotel was just next door to the shop, a store which is at the groundfloor, and supermarkets. Btw, it was not too far away from Grosvenor Casino Plymouth.

The basic amenities were all in place, and the bathroom was nicely designed. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options to suit different tastes.

During my Christmas stay, we had a great experience. the first thing that impressed me was the size of the room, which was very large and spacious. Our room had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the surroundings. the hotel's location was perfect. We were only a short walk away from various attractions, restaurants, and shopping centers. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, they made us feel truly welcome. the breakfast had a great variety and everything was very delicious.

the bed sheets were not properly cleaned and we had to request a change.
